It is a blended yarn of perm polyester short fibers and cotton kneaded with nano-zinc oxide. The nano-zinc oxide kneaded into the perm fibers exerts functions such as antibacterial, deodorant, and UV protection. Since the functional ingredient nano-zinc oxide does not come off during washing, it does not adversely affect the natural ecosystem. Perm permanent antibacterial yarn has an environmental load that can be used in a wide range of fields from general products to medical supplies. It is a small amount of sustainable material.
【Characteristic】
1. Polyester spun yarn spun in rings, silos, compacts, etc.
2. ZTC is a blended yarn of 65% perm fiber and 35% cotton.
3. It can be used for both knit and fabric as well as general spun yarn. Adjust so that the perm fiber is used on the side that touches the wearer's skin.
4. Fabrics containing perm fibers have an antibacterial effect that lasts throughout the useful life of the product, even after being dyed and arranged at the factory and washed many times at home.
5. Nano-zinc oxide kneaded into the perm fiber releases about 20 microamperes of energy and reacts with the moisture in the air near the surface of the fabric to produce hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which is beneficial to the skin. ..
The amount of hydrogen peroxide produced is very small, which is a level that is not dangerous to living cells. (Cell viability> 65%)
6. Perm yarn will not be effective if it is coated with waterproof (WR / WP), pigment-based ink, silicone, wax, etc. If necessary, use it on the surface where the perm thread does not come out.
7. Fabrics using perm yarn can be subjected to water-based rearranging processing and various prints (reactive print, disperse dye, inkjet, sublimation print).
