How to Find Suppliers, Products and Services with EMIDAS

QUICK START

Find your first candidate in one minute

Change the display language. At the top right, select English / ไทย / 日本語. To open a language directly, use /en /th /ja.

1. Enter a keyword

Examples: laser, warehouse, software, cleaning, robot

2. Choose a result type

Results are grouped into companies, products, technology/services, catalogs and Knowledge

3. Open the details

Select View Details to review the company and its listing

If the results are not useful: Shorten the term → try a different spelling → switch between English, Japanese and Thai, in that order.

Categories help you find information registered by listed companies. They do not certify experience or guarantee capability.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Search products and services by category

From the top menu, open Search Products and choose the closest category. Listings cover not only manufacturing equipment and parts, but also IT, R&D, environmental solutions, trading and business support.

Product category search results — In the filters on the right, select a subcategory and enter keywords, then press Search with These Conditions. You can also select products that interest you and inquire about them together.

Listings are a starting point for finding candidates. Ask the listed company to confirm stock, price, lead time, service area and compliance with your specifications.

Save a company that interests you right away

Once you register, you can add the company or product you are viewing to Favorite and compare your saved candidates later.

PROCESSING COMPANIES

Find contract manufacturers in three ways

01 Processing Category

Search by the required process, such as design, prototyping, mass production, surface treatment, assembly or inspection.

02 Equipment

Search by the type of equipment registered by listed companies.

03 Technology / Service

Search by registered technology or service field.

EQUIPMENT SEARCH

Equipment search has three levels

Search by Equipment has three levels: group → equipment → machine type. Go down to machine type and you will see all the companies that match.

Level 1 (Group): Casting
Level 2 (Equipment): Casting machine
Level 3 (Machine type): Low-pressure casting machine / gravity casting machine / centrifugal casting machine, etc.

Search by Equipment page — Equipment names are listed under nine groups. The number in parentheses is the number of companies that have that equipment.

Results are based on equipment registered by each company. Confirm current availability, capacity and supported dimensions with the company.

Compare candidates in the results

The filters shown differ from one search page to another. Log in and open a company detail page, and the Favorite button appears. Press it and the company is saved.

The information and tabs shown differ from company to company. A company may still handle work that is not listed, so you can simply ask them directly.

Find catalogs and company brochures

View one at a time

Select View Details to review the contents, then select Download and follow the instructions on screen.

Select multiple items

On screens that show checkboxes and Bulk Download, you can download several catalogs at once.

Catalog download form — **Member registration is required** to download catalogs. Enter your name, company name, country and email address in the form. The information you enter and your contact details will be sent to the selected listed companies.

The options in the form may appear in a language other than the one you selected. If any option is unclear, ask us using the contact form at the end of this guide and we will check it for you.

Download your catalogs again at any time

Once you register, you can download a catalog again from your download history without completing the form again.

LEARN & DISCOVER

Use Knowledge and Spotlight

Knowledge article list — **Search Knowledge**: Articles on factory and business problems. If you know what is troubling you, you can start there and find a solution. **Spotlight**: A weekly roundup of featured products, technology/services, Knowledge articles and catalogs. A good place to start when you have not decided where to look.

Articles and listing descriptions are material for your research. To find out whether something will work for you and how much it will help, the fastest way is to ask the provider directly.

Benefits of member registration

Once you register, you can send inquiries to listed companies and download their catalogs. Registration is free. Just three items - your name, company name and email address - and you can start straight away.

Once registered, you gain all of the following benefits.

Inquire and obtain catalogs

“I want to contact a company I found.”

Sending an inquiry to a listed company and downloading a catalog both start with registering. Register once, and you can contact a promising company the moment you find it.

Keep a record of the companies you contacted

“I requested quotes from three companies, but I cannot remember what I sent to each one.”

Your inquiry history lists the date and time, company and inquiry type. Select View Details to open each inquiry.

Keep a record of companies you viewed

“I cannot remember the name of the company I liked last week.”

Your browsing history records when you viewed which page for which company. You can return without searching again.

Download catalogs again

“I deleted the PDF I downloaded / I want to send it to a colleague.”

You can download a catalog again at any time from the blue button in your download history. You do not need to complete the form again.

Keep candidates together

“I want to collect candidates and show them to my manager.”

Save companies, products and catalogs that interest you to Favorite, then review them together later.

Log in without entering a password

“I do not want another password to remember.”

If you choose email authentication, you can log in without entering a password. Enter your registered email address to receive a login URL.

User Menu after login — After login, you can use this screen (User Menu). Your browsing history, inquiry history, catalog download history, Favorites and account settings are all available here. You can also change the display language with Language at the top left.

Before you register

Simply registering does not share your information with listed companies

Your personal information is shared with a listed company only when you send an inquiry or when you download a catalog. Simply registering does not share it.

Change your information or cancel your membership later

You can change your registered information, password and email address yourself at any time. You can also cancel your membership.

Visitor registration is free of charge.

Member registration is free

After registration, you can review the companies you viewed in your browsing history.

TIPS

Useful tips

Even for the same search, following this order helps you narrow candidates faster.

Start by narrowing by province (Area)

This is the most effective filter because the distance to a factory cannot be changed later. Start with areas such as Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong and Chachoengsao.

If there are too few results, remove the employee-count filter

Remove conditions in this order: employee count → widen the province selection → move up one subcategory. Use keyword search last.

Continue to the third equipment level

Equipment search has three levels: group → equipment → machine type. Stopping at the second level may lead you to mistakenly think there are too few matches.

Use keywords within a category

It is faster to open a category and narrow the results with its keyword field than to search the entire site. Material and brand names are effective.

Check a company's capabilities under the Technology / Service tab

A company profile alone does not show everything. Each process includes photos showing what the parts are used for.

Click to display the phone number and URL

On the company page, press Display phone number / Display URL to show them.

Use Bulk Inquiry to request multiple quotes

Select the checkboxes, then use Bulk Inquiry. Every company receives the same requirements, so you can compare the replies side by side. If the questions differ, the replies cannot be compared.

Use Knowledge when you know only the symptoms

Starting with a problem such as “the filter clogs quickly” or “the water in the paint booth gets dirty quickly,” you can find solutions and companies.

MEMBER FUNCTIONS

How to register and log in

Registration is free. You can apply with three items: your name, company name and email address.

How to register

Start from Member Registration at the top right. Three items are required: your name, company name and email address. Department, position, phone number and industry are optional. You do not set a password on this screen.

Member registration form — Fill in the form, tick the consent box for personal data, and submit. An email then arrives so you can complete your registration.

Regist Emidas is for companies that want to publish their own information. It is separate from visitor registration (→ If you want to list your company).

If Favorite or Browsing History opens a Japanese login page from an English or Thai page: switch the language at the top right, or open https://thai.emidas.com/en/login.

That is all. You can register now

Enter only three items: your name, company name and email address. You do not set a password.

HISTORY & FAVORITE

Review information again later

After login, the User Menu (→ the screen under Benefits of member registration) gives you access to the following five items.

Browsing History

Review companies and listings you have viewed. This solves the problem of “I cannot remember the name of the company I liked last week.”

Inquiry History

Review the recipients and contents of your inquiries. When requesting multiple quotes, you can see what you sent to each company.

Catalog Download History

Download a catalog again without completing the form again.

Favorite Management

Review and manage saved candidates.

User Information Edit

Profile Management / Password Edit / Email Address Edit. You can change both your password and email address here.

CONTACT

Inquire with one company

Member registration is required to make an inquiry. Registering first saves you from entering your information again (→ Benefits of member registration).

Open the inquiry form from Contact on the company page. Check the inquiry type, message, attachments and consent to the handling of personal information.

Information that helps the recipient evaluate your request

The product or service you need / its intended use or your current problem
Quantity, material, dimensions, specifications, etc.
Preferred timing and location / what you want to confirm
Drawings, photos, specifications, etc. (if available)

The information you enter and your contact details will be sent to the selected listed company. Personal information is handled according to the policy shown in the consent section of the form.

If you have a deadline, write it in your inquiry. Response times are not guaranteed. Using the inquiry form for advertising, promotion or sales activities is prohibited.

MULTIPLE CONTACTS

Send the same inquiry to multiple candidates

When checkboxes and Bulk Inquiry are displayed in the search results, you can send one inquiry to the selected companies.

Every company receives the same requirements, so you can compare the replies side by side. A comparison is meaningful only when the questions are identical.

When using Bulk Inquiry, confirm the recipients and entered content on screen. Member registration is required to make an inquiry.

Keep a history of your inquiries

Once you register, you can review later what you asked and whom you asked.

LIST YOUR COMPANY

If you want to list your company on EMIDAS

If you would like to list your own company on EMIDAS, apply through Company Member Registration Application. Open the same application page from Company Member Registration Application in the footer or Regist Emidas at the top right.

1. Complete the form

Complete the application form and submit it with Confirm and Send.

2. Verification and approval

NC Network Asia Co., Ltd. reviews and approves the application.

3. Register after approval

After approval, you can register your company information.

Company listing application form — The required fields are Name / Company Name / Country / Postal Code / Address / Email Address / Phone Number and consent to the handling of personal information. Department / Position / Homepage URL are optional.

Cost: The listing application is generally free of charge. Paid services are also available if you want greater results or want to use EMIDAS in place of your own website. Please use the contact form to confirm eligibility and service details.

TIPS & SUPPORT

When you cannot find what you need

Situation	What to do
Too many results	Add displayed filters such as keyword, category or location.
Too few results	Remove conditions, shorten the term, or try another spelling or language.
Not sure where to start	Use the keyword search at the top, then choose a result type from the tabs.
Not sure whether a company can help	Review the company page and ask about specifications, quantity, location and timing.
Need a response by a certain date	If you have a deadline, state it in your inquiry. EMIDAS does not guarantee response times.

Final check before sending an inquiry

Do not decide from the listing alone: Confirm stock, price, lead time, scope, certifications and equipment availability with the company.
Check recipients and message: For a bulk inquiry, confirm the selected recipients and entered content on screen.
Handle confidential material by your own rules: if you cannot share drawings or specifications yet, it is fine to send an inquiry describing only your requirements.
