Antimicrobial, deodorizing, and UV-cut functions are exhibited by the nano zinc oxide incorporated into Perma fibers. Unlike coating processes, the functional component, nano zinc oxide, does not wash off during laundering, thus having no adverse effects on the natural ecosystem. This item is ideal as a polo shirt material, protecting wearers from bacteria present in everyday environments. It is highly recommended for companies seeking functional and environmentally friendly uniform materials.

1. Fabrics containing Perma fibers maintain their antimicrobial effect throughout the product's lifespan, even after dyeing and finishing processes at the factory and repeated home laundering.
2. The nano zinc oxide incorporated into Perma fibers emits approximately 20 microamperes of energy, reacting with moisture in the air near the fabric surface to generate hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which is beneficial to the skin.
　The generated hydrogen peroxide is in trace amounts, at a level safe for living cells. (Cell viability > 65%)
3. Fabrics using Perma yarn can undergo water-based finishing processes and various printing methods (reactive printing, disperse dyeing, inkjet, sublimation printing).
