This is a blended yarn of Perma polyester staple fiber, kneaded with nano zinc oxide, and cotton. The nano zinc oxide kneaded into the Perma fiber provides functions such as antibacterial, deodorizing, and UV protection. Unlike coating processes, the functional component, nano zinc oxide, does not peel off during washing, thus having no adverse effects on the natural ecosystem. Perma Permanent Antibacterial Yarn is a sustainable material with low environmental impact that can be utilized in a wide range of fields, from general products to medical supplies.
【Features】
1. This is a polyester spun yarn spun by ring, siro, compact, and similar methods.
2. ZTC is a blended yarn of 65% Perma fiber and 35% cotton.
3. It can be used for both knit and woven fabrics, just like general spun yarns. Please adjust so that the Perma fiber is on the side that touches the wearer's skin.
4. Fabrics containing Perma fiber maintain their antibacterial effect throughout the product's lifespan, even after factory dyeing and finishing processes and repeated home laundering.
5. The nano zinc oxide kneaded into the Perma fiber releases approximately 20 microamperes of energy and reacts with moisture in the air near the fabric surface to generate hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which is beneficial to the skin.
　The generated hydrogen peroxide is in very small amounts, at a level that is not dangerous to living cells. (Cell viability > 65%)
6. Perma yarn loses its effectiveness when coated with waterproofing (WR / WP), pigment-based inks, silicone, wax, or similar coatings. If necessary, please use it on the side where the Perma yarn is not exposed.
7. Fabrics using Perma yarn can undergo water-based finishing processes and various printing methods (reactive printing, disperse dyeing, inkjet printing, sublimation printing).
