Antibacterial Blended Spun Yarn
This is a blended yarn of Perma polyester staple fiber, which has nano zinc oxide kneaded into it, and cotton. Functions such as antibacterial, deodorizing, and UV cut are exhibited by the nano zinc oxide kneaded into the Perma fiber. Unlike coating processes, the functional component, nano zinc oxide, does not peel off during washing, so it does not adversely affect the natural ecosystem. Perma Permanent Antibacterial Yarn is a sustainable material with low environmental impact that can be utilized in a wide range of fields, from general products to medical supplies.
【Features】
1. This is a polyester spun yarn spun by ring, siro, compact, etc.
2. ZCVC is a blended yarn of 45% Perma fiber and 55% cotton.
3. It can be used for both knits and woven fabrics, just like general spun yarns. Please adjust so that Perma fiber is used more on the side that touches the wearer's skin.
4. Fabrics containing Perma fiber maintain their antibacterial effect throughout the product's lifespan, even after repeated home washings.
5. The nano zinc oxide kneaded into the Perma fiber releases approximately 20 microamperes of energy and reacts with moisture in the air near the fabric surface to generate skin-beneficial hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
　The hydrogen peroxide generated is in very small amounts, at a level that is not dangerous to living cells. (Cell viability > 65%)
6. Perma yarn will not exhibit its effects if coated with waterproofing (WR / WP), pigment inks, silicone, wax, etc. If necessary, please use it on the side where the Perma yarn does not appear.
7. Fabrics using Perma yarn can undergo water-based finishing processes and various printing methods (reactive printing, disperse dyes, inkjet, sublimation printing).
