- Virtual Central Drive System: Linear drives are adopted for all axes, with ZEISS's unique synchronized dual drive specifically installed on the Y-axis. This ensures optimal driving force according to the X-axis position, maximizing the uniformity of measurement accuracy.
- Zerodur® Scale: By using Zerodur® scales with virtually zero thermal expansion, measurement resolution is improved while minimizing uncertainties caused by temperature compensation.
