ZEISS MICURA is a high-performance measuring instrument that meets the precise measurement requirements of small parts with low tolerances. It ensures quality assurance with measurement accuracy of less than 1 micrometer using the VAST XT gold sensor.

ZEISS MICURA (ZEISS MICURA) has been developed to meet these new demands with a precise and compact measurement solution. It is particularly suitable for measuring small and complex parts used in optical and electronic products. This system comes with the VAST XT gold sensor and navigation function, enabling precise scanning at the micrometer level.
