High-Temperature Acid Zinc Plating Brightener
The reduction of industrial waste, an environmental problem, and the prevention of global warming caused by carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel-based energy systems are considered globally significant issues. METASUFZ-77, an acid zinc plating brightener for high-temperature baths, has been developed to help address these issues. When used in high-temperature baths (30-45℃), it can help save energy by reducing the amount of electricity required for cooling, lower electricity costs, and reduce industrial waste by preventing the increase in plating solution volume caused by cooling.
＜Special Features＞
・Wide range of plating bath applicability. High-gloss quality workpieces can be plated with a wide range of bath temperatures from 20-60℃. However, it is recommended to use it within the temperature range of 30-45℃ to sufficiently reflect the benefits to the workplace and fully unleash the brightener's performance. Increasing the plating bath temperature will result in the following advantages:
　①Operation is possible even without cooling the plating solution.
　②No need to increase the plating solution volume.
　③Improved electrical conductivity of plating, leading to improved production efficiency.
　④Improved physical properties of the plating, providing excellent results for secondary plating and preventing embrittlement.
　⑤Enhanced chromate adhesion performance.
・Can be used in pure ammonia baths ~ ammonia and potassium mixed baths at a 1:1 ratio.
・Minimal mist and odor generation, resulting in a good working environment.
