Trivalent Chromium White Silver Passivation Agent
Metas YFE-M is a trivalent chromium white silver passivation agent for barrel processing, designed for zinc chloride plating baths, offering excellent self-healing properties and heat and corrosion resistance.
＜Features＞
・It is a passivation agent utilizing trivalent chromium.
・Corrosion resistance is equivalent to or better than hexavalent chromium yellow chromate agents.
・It possesses self-healing properties.
・Heat and corrosion resistance is enhanced.
・Conventional chromate treatment equipment can be used.
　(In some cases, heating equipment for the treatment solution will be required.)
・Since it contains almost no organic substances, wastewater treatability is good.

Agitation To ensure uniform concentration of the treatment solution, please perform gentle pump agitation.
For oscillation agitation of the basket containing parts, it is desirable to set a stop time of 5-6 seconds before lifting to prevent scratches.
