METASU YFB-NA7/NB7/RN7 is a long-life trivalent chromium black plating solution that offers cost-effectiveness in addition to its superior black surface finish.
＜Special Features＞
・Uses trivalent chromium to achieve a black exterior surface with enhanced gloss.
・Highly suitable for black plating in chloride zinc plating baths.
・Offers a long service life compared to conventional plating solutions, improving appearance and requiring low replenishment volume (1/2 compared to the company's previous product).
・Provides excellent corrosion resistance and prevents white rust for 120hr～168hr or more.
・Does not use silver or any dyes.

Plating Bath Preparation Conditions

Operating Conditions
Plating Temperature 30～40℃
Plating Time 30～50 seconds
pH 1.8～2.0 Please check pH value before use. If the pH value is outside the specified range, adjust using sodium hydroxide or nitric acid.
Agitation For barrel plating, agitate by oscillating immersion.
For rack plating, agitation must be performed by air or oscillating immersion.
