METASU YFE-M is a trivalent chromium white bronze surface treatment agent for barrel plating in zinc chloride plating baths, offering excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
＜Special Features＞
・Surface treatment agent using trivalent chromium.
・Corrosion resistance equivalent to or higher than hexavalent chromium yellow chromate.
・High damage resistance performance.
・Further enhances corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
・Can be used with existing chromate plating equipment.
　(Some equipment for increasing plating solution temperature is required.)
・Excellent wastewater treatment efficiency due to almost no organic content.

Chemicals Used Usage Range

Operating Conditions
Plating Temperature 30～50℃
Plating Time 30～60 seconds
pH 1.8～2.2 Please check the pH value before use. If the pH value is outside the specified range, adjust it using a sodium hydroxide solution.
Agitation
To ensure uniform concentration of the plating solution, please agitate slowly with a pump. For agitation of the barrel containing the workpieces, please set a stop time of 5-6 seconds before lifting to prevent scratches.
