Ultrasonic Immersion Cleaner
Pacna FD-102(T) is an immersion-type liquid alkaline cleaner applicable to iron-based, copper-based, and aluminum-based metal materials. As it is a concentrated type, it is diluted with water before use. By changing the dilution ratio, it can be applied to various cleaning applications.
・Since it can be applied to various metal materials, a single cleaning tank can accommodate different types of metal materials.
・If used at a low concentration, it can also be applied to the cleaning of resins and coating films.
・It can be used in conjunction with ultrasonic cleaning, as the attenuation rate of ultrasonic waves by the cleaning solution is low, allowing the ultrasonic effect to be fully exerted.
・It is suitable for removing buffing residue adhering to aluminum materials.
