Based on high-precision and stable molding with V-LINE®, we developed the electrification-compatible "eV-LINE" and a new clamping mechanism to achieve productivity improvement through high-cycle operation and energy saving.
Electrification of V-LINE®
The accurate and highly repeatable V-LINE® injection and plasticization unit has been converted to servo motor drive. By controlling the position information of metering values and injection positions in a closed loop, we have improved the accuracy of each position and achieved high repeatability and stability in plasticization, metering, and injection. For injection units with plunger diameters of φ28mm and φ40mm, we offer speed-priority units and pressure-priority units, allowing you to select the unit best suited for your molded product.
Electrification of Clamping Operation
By adopting a clamping unit with servo motor drive and a unique toggle link mechanism, we have enabled the shortening of mold opening/closing cycles. The movable platen is supported by linear guides arranged over a long span, achieving stabilization of the mold posture.
Furthermore, by electrifying these units, we have achieved significant reduction in power consumption and improved the quietness of operation.
Intuitive Control Panel
A control panel adopting selector switches has been newly developed exclusively for "MS100". By operating switches in the direction you want to move each unit, for example, we have achieved more intuitive operability, allowing molding with simple operations.
