Precision die-sinking EDM machine that supports precision mold machining and precision parts machining, achieving even higher speed, precision, and quality machining with AI (Artificial Intelligence).
Equipped as standard with a precision compensation function that achieves a 50% reduction in thermal displacement.
Equipped with a high-output linear motor developed and manufactured in-house, it achieves high-speed and highly responsive machining. In addition, while realizing a highly rigid machine structure optimally designed with the latest CAE analysis technology, by adopting the precision compensation function "TH COM", it has achieved a 1/2 reduction in thermal displacement compared to conventional machines.
Significantly improved machining speed, machining accuracy, and surface finish in all areas.
We have adopted the newly developed "SP power supply" for die-sinking EDM machines. The "TMM4" circuit, standardly equipped in the "SP power supply," improves rough machining speed; the "TPC4" circuit improves semi-finishing machining speed; and the "BSN4" circuit, a combination of improved surface finish and machining speed in finishing, achieves high-speed and precision machining.
Suppression of electrode wear and free control of diverse surface finishes.
Equipped with the latest discharge control technology "Arc-less 4" circuit, the performance of the die-sinking EDM machine has dramatically improved, achieving further speed increases, suppression of electrode wear to the utmost limit, and the realization of diverse surface finishes from matte to mirror-like. In addition, it is equipped as standard with the machining assist function (AI condition advisor) "LN Pro AI".
