High Concentration and High-Speed Chloride Zinc Plating Bath
METASU FZ-77M2（T) is a high-speed zinc plating bath process that achieved plating at a speed of 3μm/minute for the first time.
It can cover a wide range of applications, from high-speed zinc plating to high-speed plating for cast iron.

・It is a high-speed plating process at a rate of 3μm/minute.
・Can perform in-line zinc plating (In-Line).
・Can solve problems such as separation of the plating solution and high zinc concentration, which are specific issues of high-speed plating.
・Can continuously use the stabilized plating solution because the problem of plating solution separation has been resolved.
