This cleaning agent, usable across a wide temperature range from low to high, is a new-era degreasing agent that combines cleaning efficiency at normal temperatures with wastewater treatment performance. It is used as a cleaning agent for steel and copper alloys for pre-treatment cleaning of workpieces before plating processes, and for cleaning surfaces of workpieces contaminated with rolling oil, press processing lubricants, brazing residues, polishing compounds, etc., for iron and steel.
・Demonstrates excellent cleaning performance at normal temperatures. It can be used for various types of oil stains, significantly reducing heating costs.
・Can be used across the entire temperature range from normal temperature up to 90℃.
・Heavy metal precipitation and flocculation performance have been significantly improved compared to conventional normal-temperature cleaning agents.
・As a low-COD cleaning agent, it can reduce COD detection values by up to 1/3 compared to conventional chemicals (compared to our company's products).
・No negative impact on operation due to foaming, both during use and rinsing.
