Chemical plating. Reduce industrial waste from Zinc Wanisutai
High Bath Temperature Compatible Acidic Zinc Plating Brightener
Preventing the greenhouse effect from carbon dioxide emitted by energy systems that burn fossil fuels, and reducing industrial waste as an environmental issue, have become global challenges.
Developed to help solve these challenges is Metas MZ-22, an acidic zinc plating brightener compatible with high bath temperatures. By using it at high bath temperatures (30-45°C), energy savings are achieved through reduced cooling power consumption, electricity costs are lowered, and industrial waste is reduced by preventing the increase in plating solution caused by cooling.
<Features>
・The plating bath range is wide, allowing for high-gloss, good plating results across a broad bath temperature range of 20-60°C.
However, to fully leverage the brightener's performance and realize its benefits on-site, use at 30-45°C
is recommended.
The following benefits can be obtained by increasing the plating bath temperature:
①Operation is possible without cooling the plating solution.
②There is no increase in plating solution volume.
③The electrical conductivity of the plating improves, increasing productivity.
④Plating physical properties improve, resulting in excellent secondary workability and preventing chipping.
⑤Chromate adhesion improves compared to conventional methods.
・Can be used in all-ammonium baths to 1:1 ammonium-potassium compromise baths.
・Mist and odor are minimal, providing a good working environment.
