High-speed, High-concentration Chloride Bath Zinc Plating Brightener
Metas FZ-77M2 (T) is a high-speed zinc plating bath process that achieved a plating speed of 3 μm/min for the first time.
It can widely cover applications from high-speed zinc plating to semi-high-speed plating of cast iron.

・It is a high-speed plating process with 3 μm/min.
・It enables in-line zinc plating.
・It has overcome problems specific to high-speed plating, such as high zinc concentration and brightener decomposition.
・By solving the brightener decomposition problem, stable continuous use of the plating solution is possible.
