Chemical name : Poly Acrylate Resin Solution combined with Cellulose Acetate Butyrate Resin.Description for use : High quality 2K Acrylic Base Coat Binder suitable for metallic, pearl effects and solid color in 2K clear on base of 2K automotive refinish system for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and buses.
It easy application, extremely metallic and pearl orientation, offers brightness effect,hiding power, cloudless, good adhesion inter coats and weathering resistance for top quality 2K automotive refnish system.
Application :
Mixing Ratio: 2K Base Coat color + 2K Thinner 1-2-3 (normal evaporated)
:100 + 80 to 100 by volume
Spray viscosity : approx. 15-18 Sec./ Din cup # 4 / 25 *C
Nozzle : Gravity feed 1.3-1.4 mm.
: Suction feed 1.5-1.7 mm.
Spray pressure : 3-4 bar / 45-60 psi.
Spray applied : 2-3 medium coats , allow 5-10 min. flash off time
between coats
Dry film thickness : approx. 15-25 um in 2-3 coats
Top Clear Coating : after 15 - 20 min. flash off ime, recoated with 2K Clear Coat 2:1/4:1
: 2 - 3 coats ; it becomes high gloss and weathering resistance metallic clear on base finish system.
