Description for use : It's two packs filler primer based on acrylic polyol resins,designed to satisfy the expectations of the most demanding and qualiied car refinishers. An extremely versatile product suitable for use as a surfacer primer. It can be applied on bare metal,steel plates,stainless steel,zinc, polyester putties,primer and on completely degreased,sanded oniginal fnishes. It's easy application and sanding characteristic.Application
Mixing ratio = Base : Hardener : 2K Thinner
= 2: 1 : 10-20 % by volume
Pot Life : approx. 1-2 hr. at 30 *C
Reducer : with 10 - 20 % of 2K-Thinner (normal evaporated)
Spray viscosity : approx. 20-25 sec. / Din.cup # 4
Nozzle :Gravity feed 1.3-1.4 mm.
: Suction feed 1.7-1.8 mm.
Spray pressure : 30 -45 psi. / 2-3 bar.
Dry film thickness : approx. 40 -50 micron in 2-3 coats
Flash off time : 5-10 min.
Curing time : 1 hr.-1.5 hr. (sanding) at room temperature
:dry through(overnight) at room temperature
Hardness (pencil) : 2H to 3H (Baking 60 *C@30min.); 2Hafterair
drying over night
