Chemical Name : Poly Acrylate Resins Solution Mixed with Pigments and ExtendersDescription for use : It's two packs surfacer primer base on high quality of acrylic
polyol resins and pigments and extenders; designed to satisfy the expectation of the
most demanding and qualifed car refinishers. An extremely versatile product suit-
able for use as primer with high filling power or as a sealer with good water and
alkali resistance. It may be applied on bare metal, suitable on polyester putties
primer and on completely dry, degreased, sanded original fnishes.

Application
Mixing ratio= Base : Hardener : 2K Thinner
= 2 : 1 : 10-20 % by volume
Pot life : 1-2 hr. / ambient temperature (30 *C)
Spray viscosity : 20 - 25 sec./ Din.cup #4.
Nozzle : Gravity feed 1.3 - 1.4 mm
: Suction feed 1.7 - 2.0 mm
Spray pressure : 3-4 bar / 45-60 psi.
Dry film thickness approx. 50 - 70 micron (2-3 coats), allow 5 - 10 flash off time
Hardness (pencil) : H (overnight) ; 2 H (after 48 hrs.)
Dust free : 5 - 10 min.
Sanding : after 1.5-2 hr.
Dry through : overnight
Baking 40 min @60 C at metl tempure
