The AW130-240 is equipped with a powerful drive system and can handle a wide range of products, from frozen meat at -16°C to fresh meat. It achieves stable processing even with meat of varying hardness and size, contributing to uniform product quality.
High Performance with a Maximum Processing Capacity of 4000kg/h
When equipped with the Unger G160 cutting system, the AW160–240 model can process up to 4000kg per hour. From batch processing to continuous processing, it supports mass production systems tailored to requirements.
