High-Efficiency Granulation Technology of the Twin-Die Pelletizer "粒造くん"
The 'Ryuzo-kun' series, which adopts the twin-die method, is a pelletizer that achieves a highly efficient granulation process in the resin processing industry, boasting an average capacity of 1,000 kg/hour.
The 'Ryuzo-kun' series is a high-performance pelletizer adopting a twin-die system.
It employs our proprietary twin-die method and is a granulator specialized for organic fertilizers and feed. Granulation is performed below 50℃, with low running costs, and it is maintenance-free, making it extremely easy to handle, with automatic operation capability.
■ Features
The features of the 'Ryuzo-kun' series are as follows:
- Adoption of the twin-die method: Achieves uniform granulation of processed materials and ensures stable product quality.
- High processing capacity: Capable of large-volume processing with an average capacity of 1,000 kg/hour.
- Energy-saving design: Minimizes energy consumption through efficient power design.
- Compatibility with various materials: Supports a wide range of materials including resins, chemicals, and other special materials.
- Robust structure: Provides durability and reliability for long-term use.
Low-temperature granulation allows for processing without killing the effective microorganisms contained in organic fertilizers. Furthermore, compared to other manufacturers' products, it has lower power consumption and lower running costs. Its simple mechanical structure results in fewer breakdowns, is maintenance-free, and requires no daily greasing or similar tasks.
It has received the Kochi Prefecture Local Industry Award, the Kochi Prefecture Eco-Industry Grand Prize, and the Minister of State for Science and Technology Award.
