The Twin-Die Pelletizer "Tsubuzo-kun Mini" achieves an average processing capacity of 200kg/hour despite its compact design. It is a product capable of highly efficient granulation processing.
With low-temperature granulation, it is possible to granulate without killing the effective microorganisms contained in organic fertilizers. Furthermore, compared to products from other companies, its power consumption is low, and running costs are also low. Its mechanical structure is simple, resulting in few breakdowns, and it is maintenance-free, requiring no daily greasing or similar maintenance.
It has received the Kochi Prefecture Local Industry Award, the Kochi Prefecture Eco-Industry Grand Prize, and the Minister of State for Science and Technology Award.
