We design according to your desired size and application from the following 4 types:
・Double Spiral Type (W/S Type)
A brush that simultaneously achieves high density and durability by alternately twisting the brush material with four core wires.
・Double Single Spiral Type (S/S Type)
A highly durable brush made by twisting the brush material with two core wires each.
・Single Spiral Type (S Type)
A cost-effective brush made by twisting the brush material between two core wires.
・Single Flat Wire Spiral Type (S/F Type)
By folding and twisting the brush material with a single flat wire, soldering at the tip is eliminated.
Compared to general twisted brushes, it can hold more brush material at the tip, making it effective for brushing the bottom of holes.
・When used as a rotary tool, it is designed and manufactured to match the rotation direction (CW/CCW) of the drive source.
The brush material can also be processed with multi-stage trimming or tapered trimming to suit the shape of the object.
