Cup brush

A cup-shaped brush with bristles arranged in the axial direction.
Enables efficient brushing of a wide area from a vertical direction.
■ Applications
Deburring, washing, cleaning, polishing
■ Features
Optimal specifications can be selected from two manufacturing methods: Channel type and Punch type.
・Channel Type
　A brush with straight brushes and dedicated parts attached by welding.
　Manufactured by bending straight brushes into a cup shape. Bristle quantity can be freely selected depending on the channel size.
　After use, only the brush part can be replaced by recovering the dedicated parts.
・Punch Type
　A cup-shaped brush consisting of a dedicated holder and a brush part.
　Compared to conventional channel types, density control is possible because the bristles are fixed with resin.
　After use, the brush can be removed from the holder, and only the brush part can be replaced by the customer.
