Roll brush

A brush with straight bristles spirally wound around a shaft, core, etc.
It is possible to wind the brush with a pitch (gap) or densely without any gaps.
The density of the bristle material can be freely controlled by changing the channel size.

■ Features
・Can be selected from 3 types of manufacturing methods suitable for the application.
① Dense Winding: A high-density brush with bristles wound without gaps.
② Pitch Winding: A brush wound with a pitch (gap). It can also be used for conveying objects by utilizing the pitch.
③ Helical Winding: A brush wound from the center in opposite left and right rotation directions. It sends objects to the left and right during rotation.
The shafts and cores of used brushes can be reused, eliminating the need for remanufacturing shafts and cores.
・Cartridge Roll Brush
Traditionally, they were fixed to shafts and cores by welding, but by providing an anti-rotation mechanism in the brush part, fixing by welding is no longer necessary, and customers can now replace the brushes themselves.
Unlike before, there is no need to send them to our factory for brush regeneration, contributing to reductions in packing work and transportation costs.
Especially for overseas procurement destinations, where parts were traditionally disposable, this leads to reduced transportation costs, reduced waste materials, reduced brush costs, smaller packaging size, and easier handling.
