Our various static eliminators (also known as air ionizers/ionizers) are a technical solution to the well-known problem of static charge. Here's how they work: A small amount of compressed air entrains a large volume of ambient air. This combined flow is ionized via an emitter point and discharged onto the charged surface. Static electricity is eliminated from a distance of up to 6 meters. Using ionized air, positively and negatively charged static electricity can be neutralized economically, quietly, and in a very short time (< 0.5 seconds).
Our 4th generation anti-static products (GEN4) have undergone independent laboratory testing and are proven to meet the stringent safety and environmental standards of the United States, the European Union, and Canada required to obtain well-known directives and the UL mark. They are also RoHS compliant.
Compared to conventional static elimination units, our GEN4 static eliminators offer improved performance. They are ideal for ionizing hard-to-reach or hidden surfaces, fast-moving products, and even surfaces with extremely high charges.
