By incorporating a high-performance economizer that combines exhaust gas downflow with two types of high-performance heat transfer tubes (aluminum fins and SUS fins), a boiler efficiency of 98% is achieved.
Continuous PID combustion control and feedwater PID control enhance partial load efficiency, reducing fuel costs and CO2 emissions.
Furthermore, standard equipped inverters for forced draft fans and feedwater pumps significantly reduce power consumption during operation.
Wide turndown ratio to enhance efficiency in actual operation:
By significantly reducing ON-OFF cycles during low load conditions, high boiler efficiency is maintained even in low load ranges.
Compact design to reduce installation and maintenance costs:
Compared to installing small once-through boilers (2t/h x 3 units) equivalent to this large once-through boiler Ifrit Fersa (6t/h), approximately 27% space saving is achieved.
Fewer units lead to shorter construction periods and reduced installation costs.
Additionally, the effort for daily inspections and maintenance costs can be reduced.
High dryness steam:
A high-performance centrifugal separation and inversion type steam-water separator achieves higher dryness than conventional once-through boilers.
High steam dryness is also effective in reducing fuel consumption.
