Achieves a high level of boiler efficiency through optimal heat transfer surface arrangement and the adoption of high-combustion-efficiency burners. A very wide turndown ratio enables a high level of fuel reduction during actual operation.
Adopting a grid pattern for the water tube arrangement, and for oil-fired boilers, high soot-blowing effectiveness and water washing capability allow for efficiency maintenance.
Furthermore, with an integrated deaerator, it stably supplies high-quality steam with a dryness of 99.5% or more.
Reduced Environmental Impact:
Gas-fired burners adopt a premix low NOx burner.
Equipped with an EGI device, it can comply with strict environmental regulations with NOx values of 40 ppm or less.
Oil-fired burners adopt our proprietary KTC burner.
The adoption of an air register structure achieves high combustion efficiency and low NOx combustion.
Functions and Structure Supporting Reduced Operational Costs and Safety:
Safety is considered in terms of functional and structural aspects.
In terms of functionality, a fully automatic control system is adopted, preventing operational errors. Not only during startup and shutdown, but also during operation, the load is detected by an electric proportional controller to adjust fuel.
Furthermore, the internal deaerator and steam separator prevent corrosion of the drum and heat transfer tubes.
In terms of structure, an inlet installation within the furnace and a grid pattern for the water tube arrangement are adopted. This facilitates inspection and cleaning, ensuring safety.
