Conveyor Repair Thailand

This is an improvement project for a conveyor that automatically feeds wood to a planing machine.
Jamming due to insufficient speed and torque, and snagging caused by differences in wood size and surface roughness, were occurring.
The customer's request was for a "30% increase in both rotational speed and torque compared to the current capacity."
By changing from a brush-type motor to a brushless type, it is possible to control the maximum speed at three times the current level without reducing torque.
Accompanying the upsizing of the motor, we designed and manufactured a base plate for motor installation and an adapter for the sprocket.
We performed drilling for mounting to the conveyor frame and for mounting to the base plate.
The drive chain had also deteriorated, so we replaced it with a new one.
By proceeding with the design and manufacturing in-house, we were able to complete the on-site work in 3.5 hours.
