Linear motors used in automated transport systems and automation equipment require coils that are smaller and more densely wound, in order to deliver the necessary drive performance within a limited space.

Ultra-Thin Coils for RFID｜Thin Winding for Embedding in Cards

RFID coils are embedded in key cards and various types of contactless cards, where they're used for communication.

Because they need to fit inside a card, the coil itself must be made as thin as possible, requiring a thin-winding technology that differs from a standard bobbin coil.

PRONEC uses bobbinless winding technology to manufacture RFID coils with a shape as thin as paper.

To mass-produce these coils while maintaining their thin shape, we've built our production process around in-house-made winding equipment and dedicated jigs.
