PRONEC Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer in Thailand with over 30 years of experience in the contract manufacturing of air-core coils, various coil products, and electronic component assemblies. Located near Bangkok, our own manufacturing facility covers 9,600 m² on a 17,600 m² site, supplying high-quality products to Japan and customers worldwide.

Our precision coils and “coil overmolding” technology, in which coils are encapsulated with resin after winding, are widely used in automotive components, factory automation and robotics, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, medical devices, sensors, and many other applicationsPRONEC’s key strength is our role as a “development-support manufacturing partner” that goes beyond simply producing to drawings. We design, manufacture, and improve our own production equipment, including winding machines, enabling us to respond flexibly to special specifications and build dedicated production lines.

Our integrated production system covers bobbin molding, precision winding, soldering, pressing, inspection, and resin molding, ensuring consistent quality and short lead times. Experienced Thai staff work closely with Japanese personnel to provide Japanese-standard quality and dependable support.

Message from the President

Thank you for visiting PRONEC's website.
My name is Ito, and I am the representative director. Our company was founded in Thailand in 1986 and manufactures electronic components, primarily focusing on coil winding.

Our strength lies in the in-house production of air-core coil winding machines and production systems (jigs and automation equipment).
Leveraging this production system and technology, we have established a global supply system, primarily centered in ASEAN.
Additionally, we have obtained IATF16949 certification and are continuously working to improve our quality performance.

Recently, there has been a strong need for supply chain optimization, and our products are widely adopted in industrial equipment, robots, medical and healthcare, sensors, RFID, and other fields.
At our company, after understanding our customers' needs, we proactively share potential manufacturing challenges and engage in collaborative manufacturing from the product development stage.

We aim not just to manufacture coils, but to contribute to the development of the entire manufacturing industry. We look forward to your continued support of PRONEC.

History

October 1995: PRONEC (THAILAND) CO., LTD. established.
October 2000: Acquired ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
December 2006: Acquired ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.
June 2011: New factory completed and relocated.
February 2015: Acquired SONY Green Partner certification (Factory Code: FC013856).
October 2017: Started new business operations as a new company, a subsidiary of Takumido Co., Ltd.
July 2020: Introduced α winding machines (2 in-house developed, 2 manufacturer-made).
March 2021: Started mass production of wireless charging (Qi standard) coils and galvanoscanner motors.
December 2021: Acquired IATF 16949 Quality Management System certification specialized for the automotive industry.
January 2023: Started mass production of in-vehicle components.
March 2023: Certified as Green Industry Level 3 (Green System) by the Ministry of Industry of Thailand.
