For instance, we have successfully validated high-precision layer winding of up to 8,000 turns over a 20.5 mm width by integrating specialized modules:

• Servo Tension Systems: Provides ultra-precise tension control for uniform winding.
• Double Heaters: Ensures even melting and bonding for self-bonding wires.
• Air Nippers: Automates wire cutting to reduce deviations caused by manual work.
