The Servo Rigid (Rigid Coupling) SRG Model is a super-high-rigidity coupling developed specifically for servo motor applications. Unlike flexible couplings, it has no elements to absorb the misalignment of two shafts, providing extremely high torsional rigidity. This makes it ideal for applications requiring highly accurate power transmission, such as machine tools. Additionally, the outer diameter relative to torque can be smaller compared to flexible couplings, allowing for downsizing of the coupling and contributing to the reduction of the moment of inertia.
