Torque Tender TT03 type is a high-precision overload protection mechanism designed to quickly and reliably protect equipment when an overload occurs. When an overload is applied, the drive key disengages from the groove, instantly separating the input and output. Once the overload is removed, it automatically re-engages at the same torque and position, and operation resumes. Torque setting is easily performed with the internally built-in torque spring, eliminating the need for fine adjustment. The TT03 type is used for wrap-around applications, transmitting power by inserting a shaft into the hub and setting pulleys or gears in the housing. It can be utilized in a wide range of applications, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, textile machinery, and printing machinery.
