- High Coating Efficiency: By adopting the earthling system, the electric field intensity near the electrode increases, leading to an increase in the charge amount of paint particles. This results in approximately a 40% reduction in paint usage compared to air spray guns and about a 20% reduction compared to our previous models, depending on painting conditions.
- Improved Working Environment: The effect of the electric field lines generated between the charge electrode and the gun tip's earthling significantly reduces the rebound of paint mist to the operator, creating a more comfortable painting environment for workers.
- Excellent Operability: With its world's smallest design (total length 180mm), it offers excellent maneuverability, reducing fatigue even during long hours of work. It also facilitates painting of irregular shapes and hard-to-reach areas.
- High Safety: It operates at a lower voltage compared to conventional electrostatic hand guns, and the gun body is equipped with an HV indicator, allowing for easy visual confirmation of the static charge during painting operations.
- Easy Maintenance: Reduction in the number of parts through assembly of major components enables easy part replacement using only common tools.
