A flow coater is a machine that coats the surface of objects by utilizing the flow of coating material. As the coating material flows down uniformly, the surface of the parts is coated.
The FL-S-G series is an economical and environmentally friendly coating machine that achieves waste-free coating and a beautiful finish.
The FL-S-G series is an apparatus that enables fast and uniformly thick coating by dropping the coating material in a curtain-like manner and coating flat surfaces. Thanks to the coating material circulation system, it is economical with minimal waste, and with no coating mist dispersion, the workplace can be kept clean.

Through the coating material recovery and circulation system, the amount of coating material used is optimized, reducing waste. Furthermore, since no coating mist is generated, the working environment can be kept clean. Moreover, the conveyor speed is adjustable, providing flexibility to handle various types of materials.
Specifications
The FL-S-G series offers various coating widths across different models. The coating material is applied through a head that is fluorocarbon-coated on bronze casting or steel materials, and the conveyor speed is adjustable from 40 to 120 m/min. Additionally, operation is simple, and no special coating skills are required.
