Toyosilicone Steam Hose (For Steam and High-Temperature Water)
The Toyosilicone Steam Hose is an optimal steam hose for steam drainage and steam cleaning of equipment in food and cosmetics factories. ※ Not suitable for food transport. Use the hose with one end open.
Compared to conventional steam hoses, its weight is half and it is flexible, which simplifies piping work and significantly reduces man-hours. Even with long-term use, the hose surface is less prone to cracking, preventing contamination from hose fragments. Developed as a hose with low odor and no rubber smell, it reduces odor transfer to products and discomfort caused by odors, aiming to improve workability and food safety.
The hose can be continuously steam cleaned with 140℃ (0.3MPa) steam for up to 8 hours per day (with one end open), and has a very long service life of approximately 4.5 months (before replacement). This lightweight, flexible, and crack-resistant hose improves productivity.
Additionally, it also supports high-temperature water of 100℃ or more, and by providing dedicated couplings and hose assemblies, it achieves improved safety and reduced maintenance.
