TOYOTOP-E100℃ Hose (Heat-Resistant, Abrasion-Resistant, Anti-Static Hose)
TOYOTOP-E 100℃ is a rubber hose with heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and anti-static properties. It is suitable for conveying high-temperature plastic pellets in plastic injection molding factories, and with a heat resistance of 100℃, it can be used for both suction and pressure feeding operations. For engineering plastics, which are powders and pellets dried before injection. Prevents the hose from bending or collapsing due to high temperatures. It also reduces leakage. Fragments from the hose or ground wire (copper wire) are less likely to cause contamination. Furthermore, by reinforcing it with metal wire, it prevents raw material clogging due to static electricity, contributing to improved production efficiency. This allows for smooth conveying while maintaining the hose's excellent shape even at high temperatures. The inner surface uses a special urethane material with excellent abrasion resistance. It achieves more than three times the durability compared to general products (compared to TOYOX products) and differs from general rubber hoses that have anti-static agents kneaded in. It features a structure with embedded metal wires for static electricity dissipation. It integrates with an anti-static ground strip. In addition to maintaining anti-static performance for a long period, its seamless internal structure prevents clogging of plastic pellets.
Simple grounding: Simply attach the dedicated ground clip to the anti-static strip on the outer surface of the hose. This easily saves working time.
