The AP model single-type variable pitch pulley is a vari-dia pulley that uses standard V-belts and is intended to be used in conjunction with the P model. By mounting the AP model on the motor side and the P model on the driven side, speed change becomes possible without altering the center distance. While the AP model alone cannot change speed, it achieves its maximum performance when combined with the P model.
