Baumannflex (Metal Coil Spring Coupling) ZG/LMLG (Thailand Miki Pulley)

Baumann Flex Coupling ZG/LMLG is a metal coil spring coupling that achieves excellent flexibility even with relatively low operating torque. The ZG model uses zinc alloy for the hub material and square wire spring steel for the coil spring, while the LM model uses aluminum alloy for the hub material and round wire stainless steel for the coil spring. In particular, the full-length long type of the LM model (LM-1 type) allows for angular misalignment up to 14°. This allows for selecting the optimal coupling according to various operating environments and applications.
