MiniForce-Turn is a high-productivity turning solution offered by Tungaloy. Its double-sided positive inserts provide up to 6 cutting edges, enabling a reduction in tool costs and improved productivity. In particular, it demonstrates excellent performance in the machining of hardened steel.

- Double-Sided Positive Inserts
WXGU and WXGQ inserts feature a double-sided design, providing up to 6 cutting edges per insert. This extends tool life and reduces costs.
- High-Performance CBN Grades
A lineup of BXA10 and BXA20 CBN grades meets diverse machining needs for hardened steel, from continuous to light interrupted cutting. BXA10 offers excellent wear resistance in continuous cutting, while BXA20 provides high fracture resistance in light interrupted cutting.
- Excellent Chip Control
Inserts with HP chipbreakers improve chip control during finishing operations and reduce tool chipping during machining.
- High Machining Accuracy
The unique pocket geometry and insert design achieve excellent cutting edge positioning accuracy and clamping rigidity, enabling stable and high-precision machining.
