【Equipment Overview】
●Powder Friction Tester
It can accurately measure the "friction properties" of powders,
and evaluate various characteristics such as fluidity, adhesion, and filling properties.
Measurements are possible from 1mL, and can be performed according to your requirements, such as powder layer, powder-substrate, and temperature conditions.
●Powder Strength Tester
It can accurately evaluate the "strength properties" of powders,
and assess particle crushing force and elastic properties (Young's modulus).
Measurements can be performed over a wide range from 10nN to 10N, and temperature conditions can also be specified.
It can record stop-motion images and observe the object along with displacement graphs.

●Powder Friction Tester (MKPF-S100)
・We provide various physical property data such as friction coefficient, stress transmission rate, stress relaxation rate, and internal friction angle. The minimum required sample volume is 1mL.

●Powder Strength Tester
・Clear peaks can be obtained even with crushing forces below 1mN. Young's modulus can also be evaluated, and temperature dependence can be assessed with the temperature control function.
