- Tiny defects not visible to the naked eye are clearly indicated in bright red, making it easy to spot damages without overlooking them.
- Can be used regardless of the material, shape, or finish of the object being inspected (except for painted surfaces and plastics).
Applications:
- Usable not only on all metals, whether ferrous, non-ferrous, magnetic, or non-magnetic, but also on non-metals such as porcelain and glass.
Usage Method:
1. Remove any dirt and oils from the surface with the cleaner.
2. Apply or spray the penetrant on the area to be inspected.
3. Allow the penetrant to seep in for 3 to 15 minutes.
4. Use a cloth or paper cotton to wipe off the excess penetrant from the surface (leaving the penetrant only inside the cracks).
5. Use the capillary action of the developer to draw out the red penetrant liquid that has seeped into defects (3 to 5 minutes).
6. The areas where the red penetrant emerges are the defective spots.
7. If not preserving the defect location, finish by cleaning the surface with the cleaner (the inspection result can be preserved as long as it is not cleaned).
