ZEISS MICURA is a high-performance measuring instrument that meets the precision measurement needs of miniaturizing parts with strict tolerances. It provides quality assurance with measurement accuracy of less than 1μm and the VAST XT gold sensor.

This system is equipped with the VAST XT gold sensor and navigator function, achieving high-precision measurement of less than 1 micrometer through active scanning.
