MAKINO's EDNC10 NC EDM machine was developed to achieve a significant improvement in processing efficiency in the manufacturing industry. This machine is equipped with Hyper-Cut and Super Spark technologies, including H.E.A.T. technology, and significantly improves upon the long processing times and electrode wear that were issues with conventional EDM.

Hyper-Cut Technology: Increases discharge energy per unit time, dramatically improving machining speed. This technology also reduces the occurrence of abnormal discharges, enabling high-quality finishes.
Super Spark Technology: Shortens rough machining time regardless of electrode and workpiece material. In combination with Hyper-Cut Technology, it achieves further reductions in processing time.
HS-Rib Function: Enhances Z-axis jump function, enabling high-speed rib machining. High-speed jumps at 20m/min allow for effective discharge of machining debris, reducing processing time.
