The MAKINO V77L vertical machining center is a high-performance and highly flexible machining center specifically designed for precision machining of high-hardness materials. From the standard specification of a 20,000 rpm No. 40 taper spindle to special specifications such as a 30,000 rpm spindle with HSK-F63 shank or an 18,000 rpm spindle with HSK-A100 shank, optimal machining conditions can be selected according to the application. This high-speed spindle and MAKINO's unique core cooling / under-race lubrication system minimize thermal distortion even during long hours of high-speed operation, maximizing the quality of the machined surface.
