The MAKINO V99L vertical machining center is developed to support diverse manufacturing demands, including high-hardness materials. It offers a variety of high-speed spindle options, ranging from the standard specification of a size 40 spindle rotating at 20,000 rpm, to special specifications such as an HSK-F63 spindle rotating at 30,000 rpm or an HSK-A100 spindle rotating at 18,000 rpm. MAKINO's unique spindle cooling/lubrication system reduces thermal displacement during high-speed operation, enabling precise manufacturing.
