The MAKINO V56i vertical machining center is a high-precision mold manufacturing machining center, a high-performance machine designed for precise mold production. With the spindle positioned along the X and Z axes and the table along the Y axis, it reduces motion loss and keeps the machining point close to the guideways. The use of slide guideways and the hardening and grinding of the one-piece cast machine body enhance vibration absorption and rigidity, maintaining long-term precision.

Ball Screw Core Temperature Control: Coolant circulation synchronized with the bed temperature prevents heat generation during high-speed movement, maintaining stable precision.
X-axis Guideway Surface Temperature Control: Coolant oil circulation in the belt synchronized with the machine temperature prevents X-axis heat generation during prolonged high-speed movement.
Advanced Spindle Temperature Control: MAKINO's core temperature control system and under-race lubrication reduce thermal distortion and vibration during high-speed rotation, improving surface finish quality.
MAKINO Professional 6 Control System: Utilizing the Windows operating system, it provides an intuitive graphical user interface. Advanced data management and Super GI.5 control technology significantly reduce machining time.
